The ENGWE L20 3.0 is a compact, full-suspension step-through e-bike built for comfort. An easy step-through frame, front and rear suspension and a 90Nm torque-sensing motor make city rides and longer trips smooth and effortless – and it folds for easy storage.

Returns & refunds
- Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt, for defective and non-defective products.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items: replacement or full refund, return shipping covered by us, no restocking fee.
- Change-of-mind returns: item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item.
