The Heybike ALPHA is an all-terrain fat tire e-bike with a Mivice 500W mid-drive motor and 105 Nm of torque. Natural, efficient power for climbs, 26" × 4" tires, a hydraulic fork and hydraulic disc brakes, in step-over or step-through frames.

Returns & refunds
- Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt, for defective and non-defective products.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items: replacement or full refund, return shipping covered by us, no restocking fee.
- Change-of-mind returns: item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item.
