The ENGWE L16 is a compact fat tire utility e-bike built for long rides and everyday errands. Its 16" fat tires keep it nimble and easy to store, while the optional dual-battery setup delivers up to 150 miles of range on a single charge.

Returns & refunds
- Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt, for defective and non-defective products.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items: replacement or full refund, return shipping covered by us, no restocking fee.
- Change-of-mind returns: item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item.
