The Heybike Venus is a lightweight step-through commuter and weekend cruiser. A 750W Galaxy eDrive hub motor with a torque + cadence sensor, a 680Wh UL-certified battery and hydraulic disc brakes make every ride smooth, natural and confident.

- Every order includes tracking, sent by email once it ships.
Returns & refunds
- Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt, for defective and non-defective products.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items: replacement or full refund, return shipping covered by us, no restocking fee.
- Change-of-mind returns: item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item.
